Service is now restored. A cascade of events ultimately pointed away from hardware, back to network issues with a DNS provider for ElkhornHosting.com Additional changes to ElkhornHosting.com's DNS structure will be made to mitigate against this issue in the future.

Hurricane Ian came and went and no server downtime was experienced. Data center did its job perfectly.
Notices are being sent to all Aspen hosting customers about the possibility of service disruption due to Hurricane Ian. Should downtime occur, updates will follow.
The server upgrade and move are complete and all services restored.
This Friday, March 18, 2022, the server will be upgraded and moved to a new data center. Every effort will be made to minimize downtime. However, since this maintenance involves new hardware and a physical move, web and email services will be offline for a longer period than with past maintenance.
Maintenance will begin at around 5:00 PM Pacific time and, if all goes as planned, will end before 6:30 PM Pacific.
The server IP address will not change, so once the hardware is upgraded and racked, the server will be booted and services will be back up in just a few minutes.
